Here is what some members had to say about the Daivajna Group

     Rashmi  Shejekar
Here is a brief write up about my experience with the group and as a member of the Daivajna Brahmin group......... i joined the Daivajna Group in late May 2006........ it was by sheer luck that I became a member of the group... the first time I met the Group members was during the Talkad trip in August 2006.... Myself and my brother, Ravi .R.Shejekar had been to the same............... We were apprehensive about the group as we never knew anyone........... But, for once there present group members never made us feel out of place.............. it was a very memorable experience............ For we came to meet, talk and got to know about so many of us.............. we enjoyed it to the hilt....... Thereafter, i have tried not to miss any meet as that was a waited oppurtunity to know more about the happenings of the group and the Group members............. The Hogenikal falls early this august too is one of the memorable moments........ All are humble, helpful and ever ready to participate in the group......... the excitement and the euphoria of the group is palpable...... there is never a dull moment in the group....... The core intent of the Daivajna group being unifying our brethren.......... also, helping and doing the needful for the Daivajna Community................ I wish that our community excels in all fields in the days to come.......... And we can make it happen.................... I am very proud to be a DAIVAJNA BRAHMIN.............

DaivajnaGroup is gelling together the people of our caste.

The group is helping people to come closer and interact, especially those who are in the working class. The working class due to their work pressure is unable to socialize with other people of our caste. This is creating a gap among the current generation of Daivagnya Brahmins. The group intends to serve the community by helping job seekers, matrimonial and also in creating computer awareness (in future). The group has also organized outings which has brought Daivajnya Brahmins from different cities and from different field’s closer who otherwise wouldn’t know each other.

I hope our community gets the maximum benefits from this group.

The daivajna group is really great initiative in a very short span of time.

Its doing a good work in bringing together the daivajna group, from across the nation and overseas.

The daivajna website is really cool and has tons of information about daivajna society and members.

You have done a tremendous job. :)

Let the momentum continue.

What I like about the group

1.The DB group is a very good idea & Platform for like minded people of the community.

2.It provides with great amount of support, assistance & counselling (if asked for) for all the youth present & actively participating in the group.

3.It calls for assertive individuals to share & discuss ideas in promoting & for the growth of the group.

4.It helps individuals to create for themselves a positive frame of mind to explore & catch up to the IT industry.

5.It Provides a platform for discovering roots of the family, matrimonial ventures, support for the needy.

These are some things I dint like about the group.

1,Many people join the group

a. Either with a desire to get job,

b. Or to find a spouse,

c. Or just time pass,

d. Or just to peep in to see what’s happening.

during the course if they don’t get what they want

they don’t even enjoy the activities of the group

    but blame it as useless

2. Resposiblity is considered as a about to explode bomb

in most of the individuals of the group.

3. Only very few people have serious dreams about the groups future.

4. People joining the group don’t even bother to keep in contact,

nor join the meeting regularly, every one has his own reasons.

5. There is something missing in the Inspiration & goal part of the group.
